4.3.4.4. Set up Outlook mail client (Android)

  1. If you are starting Outlook for the first time, click "Add account" and go directly to step 6:
  2. Open the app menu by swiping right or tapping menu button:
  3. Click ⚙️:
  4. Click "Add email account":
  5. Click "Add email account":
  6. Enter the name of the mailbox and click "Continue":
  7. Select "IMAP":
  8. Specify connection settings and click ✔️ in the upper-right corner of the screen:
    • "Display name" — your name in any form (optional).
    • "Description" — custom mailbox description (optional).
    • IMAP incoming mail server:
      • "IMAP hostname" — mail.adm.tools.
      • "Port" — 993.
      • "IMAP username" — name of the mailbox.
      • "IMAP Password" — password of the mailbox.
    • SMTP outgoing mail server:
      • "SMTP hostname" — mail.adm.tools.
      • "Port" — 465.
      • "SMTP username" — name of the mailbox.
      • "SMTP password" — password of the mailbox.
  9. To add another mailbox, click "Add", to start working with mail, click "Maybe later":
  10. Check the mail operation.
