2.4.1.5. Add subdomain

Notes:

  • In one hosting account, a total of maximum 999 subdomains can be created for all sites.
  • When adding www subdomain, the system checks if there are hosts and aliases for domain with and without www. If they exist, you will need to remove them before adding the www subdomain.
  • You cannot use the underscore _ in a subdomain name. Such characters will be automatically changed to hyphen.
  • When adding a subdomain, the PHP version of the last site or subdomain added to this hosting account is set to the same version specified in PHP settings. The version can be changed to any other version.
  1. Open the "My sites" section.
  2. In the block of the desired site, click "Add subdomain":
  3. Enter the name of the subdomain, select the desired site and click "Add":
  4. Wait a few minutes while the virtual host and subdomain root directory are created.
