Digest of changes for March 2023
Main changes in 🌤 March:
- ☁️ Hosting:
- In the "My Sites" section of the site menu, the items "Load by URL", "Load by pages" and "Server responses" have been removed — similar information can be obtained in GoAccess reports.
- The OPcache page has been redesigned — the page displays a list of sites with enabled OPcache, you can quickly go to the PHP settings to change the allocated capacity and quickly open statistics for the desired site.
- Python has been updated on all servers — versions 2.7, 3.3, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10 are now available.
- The PHP profiler report on foreign hosting accounts can now only be viewed if the report file size is less than 10 MB.
- When creating a new file in the file manager, it now immediately opens in the built-in editor.
- WebMail.Online:
- Added the ability to view a message simultaneously with the list of messages and customize the viewing area — instead of the list, to the right of the list or from the bottom of the list. Block sizes can be customized — changes are saved in the browser.
- Added the ability to customize the indicator of new messages in the browser tab icon.
- Added the ability to select more emails than are available on one page.
- 🌎 Domains:
- You can now add .ES domains, ccTLDs from Cyprus, Switzerland, Greece, Azerbaijan and Spain, as well as .GOV.UA and .EDU.UA domains (including unregistered ones) to our NS.
- Domain certificate can now only be ordered by verified users. Certificate is provided only in Ukrainian language.
- Updated privacyprotected.net — added mobile version, Ukrainian localization and language switcher, improved layout, redesigned form.
- 🖥 Dedicated:
- On the "Statistics" tab, added information on monthly traffic consumption and the possibility of a paid removal of the channel speed limit up to 100 Mbps when the traffic limit of 30 TB per month is reached — when it is used, 42 UAH will be withdrawn from the balance for each TB in excess of the limit.
- When changing the configuration, the ability to choose the time of work is again available. A notification will be sent 30 minutes before the set time.
- 📦 Storages:
- Creating a storage and applying the settings is now done within 10 seconds.
- The web access interface has greatly optimized the work with the file list.
- The gallery mode web interface now displays previews for supported video formats.
- The upload link now uploads files in the order in which they were selected. Up to 3 files can be uploaded in parallel.
- 🗄 MongoDB:
- A new MongoDB service has been implemented.
- 💰 Payment:
- Improved output of information on the referral program — the amounts available for payment are now marked with checkmarks, opposite to unavailable the date when they will become available is displayed.
- 🛠 Tools:
- On the company information page, the button to update information and the date of the last update are now displayed.
- ⚙️ API:
- The response to each request now includes headers with an hour/day limit and the remaining number of requests until they are exhausted. Limits on the number of requests per second/minute no longer apply. The error message for exceeding the limits now returns the value of the limits and the number of seconds remaining until the next hour/day ends.
- Methods of invoice issue now returns its ID at once.
- 🤖 Telegram bot:
- Added "My Sites" item to the hosting account menu — it works similarly to the "Sites" item, but only displays the sites of the current hosting account.
- All services through the bot are now prolonged only for a minimum period.
- 📖 Wiki:
- Added the ability to rate articles.
- Added section with articles about MongoDB — with general information, ordering, lifecycle, plan changes, backups, and brief instructions on how to use MongoDB Compass and MongoDB Database Tools.
- Added instruction for importing and exporting contacts to WebMail.Online.
- Added article with a brief description of the "Request exceeded the limit of X internal redirects" error.
- Added short article listing the main MySQL limits.
